Prof. Ranan Weitz, head of the Jewish Agency’s settlement department, is among experts from 20 countries who arrived here Monday at the invitation of the United Nations Secretariat to discuss integrated rural development. Other experts invited represent the United States, India. Egypt and countries in Europe, Latin America and Africa.
