Soviet immigrants residing in the settlement of Givon in Judaea, north of Jerusalem, called Tuesday on Premier Menachem Begin to immediately declare their settlement a town for Soviet immigrants. The settlers said this would be the only appropriate response to the trials of Anatoly Shcharansky and Alexander Ginzberg.
