Israeli Finance Minister Simcha Ehrlich, and Irwin Field, national chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, will be among featured speakers at the Council of Jewish Federations General Assembly Nov. 8-12 in San Francisco. Ehrlich will speak at the GA opening plenary Wednesday, Nov. 8 together with CJF president Jerold C. Hoffberger. Field will appear along with GA Scholar-in-Residence David Hartman of Hebrew University, Thursday, Nov. 9 at the second plenary session.
