“Sabbath of Peace” was judged best TV public service motion picture at the International Film and TV Festival of New York last week. The half-hour documentary on the universal significance of the Sabbath, narrated by Eli Wallach, was produced by the Jewish Chautauqua Society for television and group showings. The Festival’s gold medal award was presented to Sylvan Lebow, producer of the film.
