A French committee for the safeguarding of Ethiopian Jews (Falashas) was set up Sunday. The committee calls for ensuring the Falashas’ security and for international measures to enable them to leave Ethiopia for Israel, as most of them wants The committee is headed by Dr. J.C. Haddad, a local surgeon.
