Israel has developed a new 155 mm. artillery piece which it claims is one of the most sophisticated in the world today. Already introduced to the armed forces, the gun has a 20 kilometer range, can be revolved a full 360 degrees instead of the 40-degree limit of similar artillery and require a crew of only six instead of nine because of automation.
