— The Hatikva and Ezra slum quarters of Tel Aviv were quiet Wednesday after rioting there Tuesday night following municipal attempts to tear down four structures which had been built without a license. The rioters, mainly teen-agers, set fire to a bus and burned garbage collection centers and broke windows of shops. Police arrested a number of the rioters.
