A Jewish-owned Geneva-based firm, Aprofim, has been awarded a contract to build a $265 million luxury hotel in Abuja, the new federal capital of Nigeria. The firm, headed by Nissim Gaon, who is also president of the World Federation of Sephardic Jews, is managed by an Israeli, Yitzhak Ormiron.
