Health Minister Eliezer Shostack told the Knesset Tuesday that about 400 civilians were killed in Sidon, 50 in Tyre and 10 in Nabatiye during the Israeli drive to capture those Palestine Liberation Organization strongholds in Lebanon. He denounced the International Red Cross for allegedly disseminating grossly exaggerated civilian casualty figures.
