Henk Glimmerveen, former chairman of the extreme rightwing Nederlandse Volksunie (NVU) party was sentenced Friday to six months’ imprisonment for writing and distributing an anti-Semitic pamphlet. The public prosecutor had demanded a 10 month term. Glimmerveen told the court the prison sentence would not silence him.
