At least two public areas in eastern Canada have been named after Raoul Wallenberg. In metropolitan Toronto, a roadway leading into Earl Bales Park in the suburb of North York bears his name. On August 21, a park in the Ottawa suburb of Nepean will be named for the diplomat.
