The Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs has just published a guidebook to the Jewish Agency intended for distribution to Jewish leaders in Israel and abroad, and especially to Jewish federations and students of Jewish communal affairs.

The 140-page guidebook explains who constitutes the Jewish Agency, how it functions and how to deal with the Agency. It was edited by Prof, Daniel Elazar, president of the Center for Public Affairs.

There is a collection of articles analyzing the relationship of the Jewish Agency to diaspora institutions and an overview of the Agency, outlining its structure, processes and major activities. The Center for Public Affairs invites inquiries to its headquarters, 21 Arlozorov St., Jerusalem.
