The National Conference on Soviet Jewry reported Wednesday that 85 Jews left the Soviet Union in July. This, the Conference said, continued the low rate of emigration for this year. A total of 72 Jews emigrated in June and 109 Jews emigrated in May. According to the Geneva-based Intergovernmental Committee for Migration, 556 Jews left the Soviet Union during the first six months of this year, 267 of whom went to Israel.
