In what is considered a first in Israel, a 27-year-old woman gave birth to sextuplets Sunday, five boys and a girl, after receiving infertility treatment. Doctors said four of them, each weighing close to 2.2 pounds, had a good chance of survival. The other two weigh about 14 ounces.
