The Arab League and the Arab Chambers of Commerce in eight European countries will hold a symposium on boycott and economic measures in international conflict here November 17-18. It was organized by the Euro-Arab Chambers of Commerce and the Euro-Arab Association of Jurists in cooperation with the Arab League which maintains a boycott against Israel. Israel’s Ambassador to the UN here, Pinchas Eliav, said Israel took a very grave view of the fact that Switzerland is allowing a seminar that will give legitimacy to boycotts.
