Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Biderman, the Rebbe of Lelov, died in Bnei Brak this week and was buried on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. Although the Hasidic sect he led was small, he was admired in Israel and abroad for his long and fervent worship.
The Rebbe was born in Jerusalem around the turn of the century. His grandfather, Rabbi David of Lelov, was one of the foremost Hasidic rebbes in the Holy Land during the 19th century.
