Visiting French Foreign Minister Roland Dumas took time off from diplomatic duties here Sunday to accept a medal honoring his late father, George Dumas, a hero of the French resistance in World War II. He planted a tree in his father’s memory in the Yad Vashem “Avenue of Righteous Gentiles.”
