Israel, Turkey plan joint study

JERUSALEM, Dec. 9 (JTA) — Turkey has always been a popular vacation destination for Israelis. Now, they can go there to study. Israeli students in the Middle East studies program at Ben- Gurion University of the Negev will be able to spend a semester at Bosporus University in Turkey on a program jointly developed by the faculties at both institutions. Some 40 students will visit key archaeological sites and hear lectures from professors from both universities.
