Members of the PLO Central Committee reaffirmed a letter that Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat sent to President Clinton in January declaring that the anti-Israel clauses in the Palestinian charter are null and void. The Palestine National Council is expected to take similar action next week at a meeting that Clinton is slated to attend.
