A Burger King in the West Bank continued to sell company menu items despite orders from the parent company to shut down. The owner of the Ma’aleh Adumim franchise, Menahem Riklis, said he would defy the closure orders, which came after a threatened boycott of Burger King restaurants in the Middle East from the Arab League.
