U.S. presidential candidate Pat Buchanan said he will make opposition to foreign aid a key part of his quest for the Reform Party nomination. In a speech announcing his candidacy Monday, Buchanan said the United States should also curtail its involvement oversees and implement a “timeout” in legal immigration.
