A new book includes recipes from one of America’s most-well-known Jewish delis. The “Second Avenue Deli Cookbook: Recipes and Memories From Abe Lebewohl’s Legendary Kitchen” includes recipes for chopped liver, matzah ball soup and kasha varnishkes from the New York deli of the same name.
