The Israel Football Association said it found no evidence that some members of Israel’s national soccer team caroused with call girls and used drugs on the eve of a humiliating defeat by Denmark earlier this month. The investigation was launched in the wake of a report in the Israeli daily Ma’ariv that the players had spent the night with women from an escort service.
