The Palestinian Authority arrested four men for signing a leaflet that urged Palestinians to fight tyranny and corruption in Yasser Arafat’s government. The four men, one of whom was placed under house arrest, were among 20 Palestinians, some of them members of Arafat’s Fatah faction, who signed the letter.
