President Bush plans to make a “very clear call” to “recognize the importance of religious freedom” during a speech to the American Jewish Committee on Thursday, White House spokesman Ari Fleischer said. Also slated to address the AJCommittee’s annual meeting are Mexican President Vincente Fox and Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres.
