The Jewish caucus at the U.N. World Conference Against Racism announced it was withdrawing because of the conference’s anti-Israel bias and refusal to speak out against anti-Semitism. “The United Nations was founded to promote human rights and international security,” the group’s statement read. “This conference, though, has undermined these principles.”
