Palestinian gunmen in the West Bank and Gaza Strip ignored Yasser Arafat’s call to stop firing at Israeli targets. In one incident, gunmen seriously wounded an Israeli driver near the West Bank city of Ramallah. On Sunday night, gunmen fired a mortar at an Israeli settlement in Gaza and, in another incident, fired an anti-tank grenade at an army outpost.
