Ten Israelis were killed Sunday in a West Bank sniper attack. Four other Israelis were wounded when the lone gunman opened fire from a nearby hilltop on soldiers and civilians at an Israeli army roadblock near the West Bank settlement of Ateret, located near Ramallah.
