President Bush told the U.N. General Assembly on Thursday that it would be a “reckless gamble” for the international community not to deal with Iraq. Bush enumerated numerous U.N. resolutions that Iraqi President Saddam Hussein had violated within the last decade. Saddam “had made the case against himself,” he said.
