A film about a teenager from a broken home won top awards at this year’s Jerusalem Film Festival. In addition to the movie about the teen, “Nina’s Tragedies (A Very Sad Comedy),” a film about a Jewish and an Arab rapper, “Channels of Rage,” won the best documentary award.
