An Israeli tourist was charged with murdering his wife in Thailand. On Wednesday, Bangkok police booked Eli Cohen, 36, for allegedly killing his wife Carol and trying to dump her dismembered body in suitcases. Cohen reportedly was arrested while filling out a missing-persons report for his wife. Premeditated murder is a capital crime in Thailand.
