The Al-Aksa Brigade killed an Israeli merchant in the West Bank. Moshe Yohai, 63, was shot in his truck while delivering sand Tuesday. The brigade, the militia of Yasser Arafat’s mainstream Fatah movement, said it shot Yohai in retaliation for the killings of Palestinians over the weekend.
