A Likud Party delegation will visit South Africa for the first time in the post-apartheid era. The delegation will depart Tuesday. The Israeli delegation’s leader, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Michael Ratzon, said the trip reflects South Africa’s desire to initiate a dialogue with Israel’s government.
