Israel is ending its military sweep of the northern Gaza Strip. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz on Thursday ordered Operation Days of Repentance to wind down, and troops to leave the northern Gaza towns of Jabalya and Beit Lahiya. Before ending the operation, Israeli forces killed five Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
