An Israeli team won the top European basketball tournament for the second straight year. Maccabi Tel Aviv beat Spain’s Tau Vitoria 90-78 on Sunday in the final round of the Euroleague in Moscow. The victory, which won the team its fifth title, sparked nightlong celebrations in Israel.
