The issue of moving Costa Rica’s embassy in Israel could cost some Jewish votes for the front-runner in Costa Rica’s presidential election. Oscar Arias, the 1987 Nobel Peace Prize laureate who is widely expected to win Sunday’s vote, has said that he would move Costa Rica’s embassy from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv if elected.
