Coming off a split with its Israeli arm, World ORT is set to announce a new slate of education initiatives in Israel. World ORT, which started in 1880 in Russia to teach trades to Jews, runs vocational education programs in 58 countries.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
