An Israeli soldier was lightly wounded during an army operation in northern Gaza.
Israeli forces Tuesday morning detained 10 Palestinians suspected of involvement in terrorism and took them to Israel for questioning. The soldier was shot and several Palestinian gunmen were wounded in the operation.
Also Tuesday, mortars were fired at an Israeli army base near Kibbutz Nahal Oz, hitting one of the buildings. Four other mortars landed in the western Negev.
