To the Editor:
If the flotilla passengers do not resist Israel’s legitimate right to inspect all cargo, they will not be harmed. If by "international inspection" the organizers include Israel, again, no one will be harmed.
Of course, if the goal of the flotilla organizers and passengers is to provoke Israel into using force rather than to deliver humanitarian supplies after Israel’s inspection, they will achieve that goal — and no one should feel sorry for them.
