Her late night talk show, “Chelsea Lately” has been consistently topping O’Brien’s TBS show “Conan” in the ratings. Handler’s program has also been winning the coveted 18-49 demographic, or at the least the part of it that still watches television live instead of the next day when you can stream it from Hulu.
