‘Miracle On Ice’ thwarted Soviet Jewish goalie

Fortunately for Myshkin, this wasn’t the defining moment of his career. He belonged to 6 gold medal-winning Soviet teams in the Ice Hockey World Championships, as well as the gold medal winning Soviet team at the 1984 Olympic games in Sarajevo.
