Anti-Obama groups have been running ads attacking the president’s approach to Israel. Now a pro-Obama group is taking to the South Florida airwaves to defend the president’s record.
The Jewish Council for Education and Research — which is behind popular viral videos starring Sarah Silverman and Samuel L. Jackson — is airing a 30-second version (see above) of its new pro-Obama video featuring testimonials from Israelis. JCER’s Ari Wallach described it as “a small but targeted media buy” on Monday on CNN and the Fox News Channel in South Florida before the evening debate there.
An anti-Obama group, Secure America Now, has been running ads featuring footage of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying that “those in the international community who refuse to put red lines before Iran don’t have a moral right to place a red light before Israel.”
