Dallas Mavericks owner and entrepreneur Mark Cuban wasn’t too happy with Donald Trump’s self-proclaimed “game changing” $5 million offer to President Obama. So he decided to make a counter offer — that won’t even require The Donald to go through his old college records, and it sure beats Stephen Colbert‘s offer.
