Approximately 100 delegates from all portions of the state attended the annual meeting of the New Jersey B’nai B’rith Council at Temple Beth El today.
Speakers at the mass rally were Rabbi Ralph Hershon of Asbury Park; Rabbi Isadore Rosenthal of Lancaster, Pa., former president of the B’nai B’rith District Grand Lodge; and County Prosecutor Jonas Tumen.
The following officers were elected: David Kraemer of Newark, president; Judge Joseph Siegler of Newark, first vice-president; David Klausner of Jersey City, second vice-president; Hannah Strahs, third vice-president; B. Friedman of Camden, financial secretary; and Max Lunsky of East Orange, treasurer.
