Mayor LaGuardia yesterday presented certificates of service to twelve physicians at a special ceremony at the Jewish Hospital in Brooklyn. During the exercises, held in the hospital’s Leon Louria Memorial Auditorium, all activities were halted.
The doctors honored have all served on the staff of the hospital for twenty-five years or more. They are: Dr. Simon R. Blatteis, Dr. Adolph Bonner, Dr. Isaac D. Kruskal, Dr. Max Lederer, Dr. John Linder, Dr. William Linder, Dr. Joshua Rosenheim, Dr. Simon Rothenberg, Dr. Leo S. Schwartz, Dr. Herman Shann, Dr. Milton G. Wasch and Dr. Benjamin E. Wolfort.
