120 students who have been arrested are being kept in custody until the completion of the enquiry now being made into the disturbances, it is announced to-day.
This afternoon a conference was held here attended by the Rectors of all the Universities and colleges in Poland, who were summoned by telegram by the Ministry of Education in order to decide upon concerted action to prevent any further outbreaks.
In official quarters, the J.T.A. is informed, that some of the students who are under arrest will be put on trial and the rest will be subjected to disciplinary punishment, including suspension from the Universities.
