Over 12,000 persons gathered in the (##) sports stadium here last night at a mass meeting called to protest the contimation of the White Paper policy in Palestine. Representatives of the government, prominent intellectuals, and clergymen of various denominations attended.
The meeting unanimously adopted a resolution calling for the establishment of a Jewish Commonwealth in Palestine and stressing the sacrifices made by Jewish victims of fascism and the contributions of Jews to the victory of the democracies.
