There were 1,277 acts of sabotage in the Gaza Strip between the Six-day War and this past Sunday, resulting in death to 250 persons and injuries to 1,345 others, Defense Minister Moshe Dayan told the Knesset today. The dead included 12 Israeli soldiers and 11 Israeli civilians, and the injured included 167 Israeli soldiers and 57 Israeli civilians, he said, the remaining majority being Arabs. Dayan also disclosed that venereal disease is on the rise in the Israeli Army. He said there were 360 cases last year compared to 285 in 1969 and 189 in 1968. He said that in 1966 there were only 98 cases but a year later there were 141.
