Thirteen German and Austrian refugees among the survivors of the Netherlands liner Simon Bolivar, sunk by a mine in the North Sea, were confined in a hospital in St. Bartholomew today. In view of the fact that they technically landed without permission the refugees cannot leave the hospital until the immigration authorities and police are satisfied that the papers are in order. To most of them new papers will be issued since they lost everything, including passports.
