In connection with the beginning of the new school year the Reich Ministry of Education revealed today that about 1,500 Jewish children will be expelled from prussian elementary schools by March. A recent decree of Minister of Education Bernard Rust orders Jews to set up their own schools. Figures released today show that although Jewish children are permitted to remain in German schools until March, only 14, 537 of them, have registered for the new year in elementary schools throughout the country, 2,000 less than were registered in 1934.
Already,43 Jewish community schools and 28 private Jewish schools have been set up.
